Manchester United’s unbeaten record run in the Premier League away from home ended as they were defeated 4-2 by Leicester City. United has dropped out of the top four and is now four points behind leaders Liverpool.

After five minutes, Leicester came close to scoring, but Harry Maguire cleared off the line to prevent Vardy from shooting into an empty net.

Mason Greenwood had put United ahead with a spectacular goal, but Youri Tielemans equalised and matched it with another stunning goal. Tielemans is our Man of the Match today.

With 12 minutes remaining, Soyuncu scored from close range from a corner to put Leicester ahead.

Ole brought on Rashford, who grabbed a goal for himself as he pounced on Victor Lindelof’s ball and made it 2-2.

However, Leicester regained the lead seconds later as Vardy pounced to put the hosts ahead once again.

In stoppage time, Daka secured the game for Leicester with a header at the back post, putting further pressure on Solskjaer.

It was no more than Brendan Rodgers’ team deserved, as they played the more aggressive football throughout to halt a four-game winless skid.

The loss puts Ole Gunnar Solskjaer under even more pressure, as United’s winless streak now stands at three games, and the team continues to appear less than the sum of its costly components.
