Who was Man Of The Match?  Mohamed Salah 

Manchester City kept Liverpool at bay and came back twice to secure a 2-2 draw at Anfield on Sunday in a Premier League thriller.

Kevin De Bruyne scored the late equaliser to save a point for Pep Guardiola’s side as all the goals came in a dramatic second half.

Sadio Mane who was brilliantly played in by Salah gave Liverpool the lead before Phil Foden equalised for the visitors. Mohamed Salah struck a stunning goal to put the hosts back in front, but De Bruyne equalised again.

At 1-1, the game needed a magical moment and the Egyptian star Mo Salah produced just that for the Reds. He put his side back in front with a spectacular solo goal, skipping past four defenders and slotting the ball past Ederson.

Five minutes later, De Bruyne’s attempt was deflected in by Joel Matip, giving the champions a second equaliser.

Late in the game, Fabinho came close to winning it, but Rodri came up with a spectacular stop to keep the score even.

As a result of the draw, Liverpool remains in second place, with City in third place going in the international break.
